In this episode Coach Jenny shares her personal story of how she experienced two very disheartening miscarriages before having her second son. With the upcoming Fall issue of STRONG being all about hormones, Jenny tells us about how she discovered why her pregnancies were failing and what she did to boost her body’s systems to produce the successful results that led to her being able to carry to term. We learn that not only do we impact our internal wellness by what we ingest, but also what we use for cleaning, beauty care, etc. Jenny reminds us that by opening up and sharing our personal experiences we realize we are not alone and that openness allows for support, acceptance and understanding.
