Fat loss is easy…once you understand and accept how hard it is.
I love this quote. Because it really breaks down the reality of fat loss.
It’s easy. But also hard at the same time.
And if you’re prepared to accept and understand that there’s a price to pay for fat loss, then you’ll be mentally prepared to pay that price. Losing fat means planning your meals, being consistent with your workouts, and saying no to some things in life that you probably don’t want to give up – that’s the price.
But if you think losing weight and burning fat is going to be easy-peasy, then you’re going to have a very hard time with your transformation.
Now I know it’s a little misleading to think that it’s easy…but it really can be.
If you have the right mindset for it.
Need Proof?
Here’s one amazing example (with 7 different women) of how the right mindset can help you achieve almost anything.
Last September, 7 of my clients did a destination photo shoot in Las Vegas. All of them had different journeys to their ultimate fitness goal but it made me think of you and your battle against fat.
When we were in Las Vegas, they all told me what they had given up was worth what they achieved at the end which is why they signed up for my Transformation Coaching.
They worked with me for months shaping their bodies before prepping for their photoshoots.
All of them said, “It was only 12 weeks of dieting. I can do anything for 12 weeks because these pictures and memories will last a lifetime.”
And that’s why my Strong Girls succeed and surpass their goals. They accepted the challenge. Arranged their schedules accordingly. They knew there would be obstacles that come up and prepared for it. But they also adapted the “never give up” mindset by committing themselves to stick to their goals.
Getting out of your comfort zone is what have to do if you want to achieve your ultimate body transformation.
Remember – making small, consistent changes in your day will add up to a lot. And before you know it, you’ll have adapted new behaviours geared for long term success.
Fat loss is easy – if you understand and accept how difficult its going to be.
Let me know if you still have trouble understanding this concept. Because once you have the right mindset in place, then achieving your fitness goals is as simple as 1-2-3 or A-B-C.
Do you have what it takes?
You have to prepare to plan…or plan to fail.
Meals need to be prepped in advance so you know what you’re eating and are always prepared. Your workouts need to be scheduled each week making sure that nothing gets in the way of doing it – because that’s how it will be easy.
But adapting a success-driven mindset, getting back up when life gets you down, and believing in yourself…
Well that’s the hard part.
And that’s what where the REAL transformation begins.
Let me know if you need help with developing that success-driven mindset.
Because as you know, having social support is a big component for your success, and you’ll need to surround yourself with success-driven people to help you reach your goals.
Once you embrace all of the above, you’ll be closer to fulfilling your ultimate transformation.
