At least 2-3 years of advanced weight training experience. You’ll need a strong foundation for these movements. Even better if you’ve worked with a trainer in the past.
Access to a fully-equipped gym. These are my EXACT workouts, there are no substitutions! This program CANNOT be done at home.
An athlete or warrior mindset. An absolute MUST if you’re taking your workouts to the next level.
This program is NOT for those:
Who want a nutrition plan. This program is TRAINING ONLY!
Dealing with injuries. Focus on rehabilitation before starting an advanced training program.
Cannot commit. There is NO coaching component to this plan. You must be dedicated enough to your goals to get yourself to the gym 5 days/week.
