Who is Coach JVB?
I am Fitness Expert and Registered Holistic Nutritionist who has coached Fitness Competitors, Fitness Models, and Fitness Professionals for almost a decade. Most recently I was voted as the #1 Hot and Fit Model by Inside Fitness Magazine.
As a Coach, I have a global vision where all women exude confidence with their bodies, are passionate and relentless about achieving more out of their lives, and are informed and fearless about their food choices. And it’s this vision that governs my Coaching Style and the work done with my clients.
Why Teachers Exclusive?
For years I’ve worked with some amazing educators who have 10x’d their Fitness Goals with an opportunity to serve as healthy role models to our children and, as a mother, this initiative is incredibly important to me.
I also fondly remember many of my health conscious teachers whom I looked up to as bonafide superheroes playing an instrumental part in my my chosen career path as a Health Practitioner.
Without them I wouldn’t be so passionate to be engulfed with everything that is Health and Fitness.
And without them I definitely wouldn’t be equally passionate to share that with others as well.
